German cooking on a cold day

There is nothing better than warm German food on a cold day.

So, I decided to slow grill Bratwurst and make some hand-made Spätzle. Stone ground mustard added to the Bratwurst was a must.

It was fantastic! The flavors of the brats, mustard and Spätzle together was mouthwatering. With a German bier to compliment of course.
