Today was the PCA Chesapeake Region's annual crab feast. I can't say no to crab. I think I ate 20 crab!
I went to the Sacramento Valley Region crab event this May, so that makes two Porsche Club of America crab events on different coasts in one year. One in California and one in Maryland. Not too shabby. Both were great events!
Follow my continuing passion to explore new adventures on Porsche bicycles. I have conquered a Century ride with a Porsche mountain bike, the Death Ride on a Porsche touring bike, the 184.5-mile Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Towpath in 2020, the 370-mile combined C&O/GAP trail in 2021 and the 237-mile Florida Coast to Coast ride in 2022. And just completed the Maryland and California Coast & Coast Porsche road bike adventure!

Easy run
Easy 2.4 mile run this morning around the neat little park next to my new Maryland home. I saw a deer, several rabbits, a squirrel and a turtle. Pretty cool.
I'm still wearing the Adidas trail running shoes. I finally unpacked the Porsche Design Endurance Boost running shoes but I'm going to need to lose a few pounds before I can wear those again. The PD shoes are ultra lightweight with little support and the two months of moving haven't been kind to my waistline and legs. I'll run for a few weeks and then switch back to the Endurance Boost shoes.

The bikes have arrived!
I had to reassemble, which is always fun, and now all of my Porsche bicycles and cars are in Maryland. Happy day!

Here is a cool picture of my 2006 Cayenne S in my yard. The Boxster and Cayenne arrived in Maryland last week. The three Porsche bicycles arrive today.

Running game re-engaged
Now back at the Baltimore area home base, I'm picking up running again. My Porsche Design shoes are still in the moving truck, not arriving until tomorrow. So today was head-to-toe in Adidas gear. Adidas is a corporate partner with Porsche after all.
I'm off my running game so I'm gradually easing back into it. Today was a slow 2.5 miles around a nearby mall. Felt good even though it's a warm and humid July morning. This will toughen me up for sure.

Last Parade bier
Seemed appropriate to finish this where I started, with a nice cold bier. My last of the 2018 Parade before the Victory Banquet tonight. Tomorrow I fly back to Baltimore.
Taycan revealed
The Porsche Taycan (Mission E) was brought to the Lake of the Ozarks 2018 Porsche Club of America Parade. My first chance to see the car in person. Very sleek and stylish. I would love to drive it!

The Pink Pig
The Le Mans winning Porsche 911 RSR "Pink Pig" was on display at the 2018 Porsche Club of America Parade Welcome Banquet. I watch much of that 24 hour race so it was awesome to see the race car in person.

Porsche Parade 2018
Tomorrow I'm heading to Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri for the 2018 Porsche Parade. This event is the 63rd Porsche Parade produced by the Porsche Club of America. I fly out tomorrow and will spend a week and half enjoying all things Porsche!
