1999 Porsches in the office today.
Follow my continuing passion to explore new adventures on Porsche bicycles. I have conquered a Century ride with a Porsche mountain bike, the Death Ride on a Porsche touring bike, the 184.5-mile Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Towpath in 2020, the 370-mile combined C&O/GAP trail in 2021 and the 237-mile Florida Coast to Coast ride in 2022. Now I'm focused on the Maryland and California Coast & Coast adventure!

Winter day...
... but it's not supposed to rain. So the 986 Boxster is out for a spin to run some errands. Love this car.

Bike bell
One of the requirements of riding the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Towpath is to have a bike bell. I think this may be the only requirement I've seen posted on the various websites. Wishing to comply, I purchased a German-made Reich mini bell. It not only serves the purpose but it's very small and very light. This will keep my Porsche 1998 Bike S as original as possible with all German parts but also allows me to comply with the local regulations for the ride. I am a long ways off from the fall ride but I'm still training and getting the bike ready!
