Back on the track

Bad weather and then sick for almost a week prevented me from getting any track time. The running felt good but I could tell I'm only about 95%.

I jogged a slow mile and then a fast mile at 7:33 (my goal speed) then some easy 200s with fast quarter miles in between to equal 4 miles.

My legs felt a little heavy, but the speed work was fun. This weekend I'm going to fully recover and try another fast track run next Tuesday.
